Tattoos for Trauma is a unique offering that combines Clinical EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), a scientifically validated method for trauma release and stress reduction. This approach helps provides freedom from anxiety, stress, and unwanted emotional states.


In this process, you will collaborate closely with a tattoo artist while participating in a series of personalized one-on-one EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) sessions that are integrated into the tattooing procedure. From your EFT sessions, you will work with the tattoo artist to create a sigil—a symbol that represents your personal journeys—which will be tattooed on your skin.


This sigil, when tattooed on your skin, serves as a constant reminder of your healing journey, reinforcing the positive changes you've made and providing a source of strength in times of stress or anxiety.

The Berserker Symbol

Refers to motifs associated with the Norse warriors known as Berserkers, who were believed to fight with a frenzied fury, likened to the strength of bears or wolves. The symbol represents ferocity, bravery, and a connection to the primal instincts of battle.

Anubis and the Ankh

Anubis is the ancient Egyptian God of the afterlife. Often depicted as a man with the head of a jackal or as a full jackal, Anubis was believed to guide souls to the afterlife and protect the dead. The ankh is an ancient Egyptian symbol resembling a cross with a loop at the top. Known as the "key of life," it represents eternal life and the connection between the physical and spiritual worlds.
